Gamertags and my crazyness

Those of you that know me know that I love video games. Seriously - a lot. So I thought I would post some of the funny gamertags that I see online.

whitegirlslayer2 - This name is just funny to me. A few reasons one. I am a white girl. Two - the two implies that there is a whitegirlslayer one. Is this guy a follower and learned at his masters steps of whitegirlslayer's footsteps? One day did one guy say to another that he he was done learning how to slay white girls and tell the grasshopper that he was a master and could leave the sex dojo/dungeon? The name tickles me. Makes me laugh every time I see it.


hotmanslave - seriously? You're a hot man slave. This brings me to mind of a scene in the HBO show Rome. Atia is sending a slave with a huge penis to Octavia. The line is Atia: A large penis is always welcome. The guy is hot and naked. Every time I see this guy I think that guy. Not joking.

futuremarine - This is nice. Here is the problem, you can't change that without creating a new account. So once a marine is he/she going to make a new account? What if this person doesn't come a marine? The name would be a constant reminder of whatever kept them out. Not a really good choice in the long run.

tonythetiger - Guess you got your frosted flakes this morning - to bad you're quite terrible at the game.

These are just some of the insanity. I mean I can't talk too much trash my name is batsgirl. I like it because it can either be batgirl or bats girl as in bats girlfriend. 

I don't want to live in this state anymore.

So I live in Florida. It is a very interesting combination of very progressive and extremely stone age. Most people don't know this because they have this image of Florida that has been put into their mind my movies and tv shows and don't know what it is really like. At times Florida can be a great place. You are never too far from a beach, we really do try to protect the everglades and preserve their natural beauty and we party. The downsides though are terrible. We have an economy that relies so much on tourism that the recession killed our housing bubble before it did most other places. Some of our people are still in the stone age and let their religion keep them there. I say this because while I am religious, I do believe that evolution happened and that the earth is older than 6k. Seriously some people here in this party hardy state believe that. Granted they will believe that all over our country but for now I am focusing on my little part of the world. The problem with this is these people believe that they should force their beliefs on you. Take for example abortion. (hot topic/my opinion) If you wouldn't get an abortion and don't like them that is fine. FOR YOU. Not everyone can fit into your narrow minded view of the world. I feel like if they try to take away the ability to choose from everyone they are forgetting many things. 1. Not everyone can have a baby healthily. There are women that wanted the baby but have to abort because of various circumstances. 2. The woman was raped. If I were raped I would abort. Being raped is becoming a victim, should someone become pregnant you are becoming victimized again. Whether you see it that way or not that is fact. 3. No one that gets an abortion actually uses it for birth control, clinics are quick to shut that shit down. that argument is invalid ( I bring this up because it is something pro lifers are quick to say). 4 Should a woman bring a baby into the world that she doesn't want, who will pay for it.
        George Carlin said it best "Pro-life conservatives are obsessed with the fetus from conception to nine months. After that, they don't want to know about you. They don't want to hear from you. No nothing. No neonatal care, no day care, no head start, no school lunch, no food stamps, no welfare, no nothing. If you're preborn, you're fine; if you're preschool, you're fucked." He continues to say that they don't get back on your side until your old enough to vote and die for them in a war. He is absolutely correct though and rape, incest, incestual rape and the life of the mother don't matter to these people. What happened to the women's rights. Apparently they disappear once she has a positive pregnancy test. In my own state a firebombing happened. What if the girl that was walking into the clinic right before the HOMELESS MAN (as a person with a penis who will never know what it would be like to have a vagina and not want a child he gets no say as to what women do with their bodies) threw the bottle that lit the place on fire was only going in to get directions elsewhere or to get a mammogram. It was a health clinic that served other purposes than abortion. Or what if she wanted her baby and simply didn't have medical coverage and this place was the cheapest place to get a sonogram? These people that do this don't think of these things. Whats worse is that in this state they want to send you to prison for life for getting one. Did they not see Mississippi's failed attempt at a person hood amendment? I guess not. In the end as long as their is birth control there will be controversy. I look at it as simply as this.

What's the holdup?

For those of you that STILL haven't gotten on the green bandwagon here are some quick things you can do right now that will reduce your carbon footprint and save you some money to boot. Why you haven't done so already I don't know but seriously jump on it. One LED bulb, while costly will only cost you about $2-3 to run..... a year!

Kids - warning some bad language.

So as we all know by now. I am 25 and female. What may not be known is that I am in a long time relationship with a wonderful man. Here is what bothers me. All the time from different sides of our families we get asked the ultimate question. "When are you guys going to have kids?" I personally have never liked kids. Babysitting was a potential nightmare to me where I just wanted to smother the little bastard just enough that he would go to sleep. (This particular child stayed up until 4am and mom and dad didn't tell me they would be out that effing late. Midnight they said, I was pissed!) On the flip side I love my niece, until she starts to be a little a-hole. As she gets older that has been going away also we live crazy far away so I get to miss her. Haven't even met my nephew yet at almost 10mos (at writing this) he is more or less just bothering his parents who probably need a nap. My boyfriend wants them at some point and I am still on the fence about them. While kids can be cute in the short term they are terrible for everything that is the planet and a huge fucking responsibility that we are just not ready for. You can't tell my grandparents that though, they called me old and told me I only had a few years left....... 25. So on how kids are a strain on the environment. 1. If you are lazy (most people are) you will use disposable diapers. Those diapers take 500 years to break down. There has been some hope for the lazy people as scientists have engineered a mushroom that will break them down in two months. Okay that's great lets get those to work in our landfills. Yes there are of course other alternatives for the less lazy but for now this is what I am discussing. 2. There are 7 billion people on the planet right now! Seriously 7 billion. How long can we sustain that level of people on the planet. Has anyone reading this even considered that? The pope makes littering a sin but 19 kids and counting is somehow a blessing? It is a vagina, not a clown car. Have what you can financially care for and stop. 3. Kids for some reason require a lot of shit to make them happy safe and comfy. Most people's response to that, buy an SUV! A four door sedan and limiting things to what the kid actually needs (not wants or not what you want) is the biggest upgrade you should ever have to do. 10 mpg is not worth being able to take a whole bunch of shit you don't need everywhere. I don't know I may want them some day but for now they feel like little jerkier version of yourself that follows you around and needs you to do everything for them until they can do it themselves and even then may need you to bail them out both literally and figuratively. We shall see in a few years. Until then don't ask when I am going to have kids. There isn't even a ring on my left hand yet.

Rabble rabble rabble.

My first post. This is going to be more of a journal but since I am a crazy person when it comes to the environment I will include my musings on all things "green". This week has been an interesting one. I went with my mom to visit my grandparents. We helped clean and cook and set them up for a while. They continue to bother me to have kids. For the record kids aren't really my cup of tea, maybe one day but my newly 25 year old ass isn't interested yet. I have a fur child for now they can enjoy pictures of their great gran-cat. Some things were interesting while visiting, some sad, some made me want to vomit. The interesting was getting closer to my mom over movies. Howl's Moving Castle is one of my faves. <3 The sad, both of my grandparents may have Alzheimer's. They are beginning to show some of the early signs and will be tested soon. I worry because their doctor's believe that they may have it. If they were just getting tested as part of the old age package of things to worry about then I wouldn't worry or be sad. I wouldn't even think about it. We will know eventually so for right now I am trying to find other things to occupy my mind with. So while there I was doing some cleaning. I was forced to use their lung destroying products and being sensitive to anything you breathe in, I am severely allergic to anything scented - I stop breathing. I was using something to clean a bathroom and coughed for so long and hard that I almost lost my voice! That really annoys me. Partly because my mom won't let me use anything "green" because she doesn't think they clean the same. *rolls eyes. They clean better! W/e I have to get her onto simple green and method and other products that are great. While researching these products to show her I ran across something disgusting. Proctor and Gamble use animal testing still! WTF stop it already. Get on the good for the environment and animal bandwagon! Who is running their PR? Do they not know what most people want is better for the environment and cruelty - free without any effort!? Clearly they have lost touch with the consumer. I have set up a petition to let them know that they will lose customers if they don't fix this.
